Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
Before submitting your pre-order please read the following terms carefully before completing your order. By submitting your Pre-Order, you accept and agree that you have read the Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
When placing a Pre-Order you will be required to provide information such as your full name, email, address, contact number and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided is accurate and you will be held liable for inaccurate information. At the time of your order you will be charged full cost of the product and delivery fee. If 2nd Wind Recovery is unable to complete shipping within 60 days of you placing your Pre-Order we will process a full refund to you.
The expected dispatch date will be noted on the product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. The date provided is only an estimate and is subject to change at any time. To keep our customers satisfied we will communicate any updates in the event of a delay. Please understand if a delay arises 2nd Wind Recovery will not be responsible to set any discounts/credits/refunds.
